Having clear and smooth skin need not be pricey. Sometimes, everything you need are just within your reach or without having the need to spend a lot. I am going to talk about something that you use to cook and clean your clothes. You probably haven't used it on your skin before. However, it perfectly works well and I only found out about its use not until recently. I have started using it and it's just amazing. What I am talking about is baking soda - a rising agent. You can use any brand of baking soda, but I recommend Arm & Hammer. I am not getting paid for recommending it, but I like and use it a lot. It just costs about $1.28 for a box.
All you have to do is pour just a small amount in your hands, about the size of a coin. Get a little water and mix it together until it feels like a toothpaste consistency. Put the baking soda and water mixture on your face and massage it in a circular motion. Make sure that you do not scrub it on your skin really hard as it will cause some irritation. You can also let the mixture sit on your skin for about 10 to 15 minutes. Once dry, rinse it off with clean water. You can do the baking soda sin care regimen once a day in the shower or any place with a mirror and faucet within reach.
You may wonder what the baking soda will do to your skin. When you put it on your skin it cleans out those impurities beneath. It will exfoliate your skin. It is going to pull out those dead skin cells, then it will make room for new cells to grow and enable the oxygen to support those new cells to grow more quickly; thus, getting rid of your acne.
Make sure that you only use natural products since chemically-prepared skin care products have ingredients that are not good for your skin. I highly recommend that whatever skin care products you are using now, throw it out in the trash because it is causing more harm than good. They can cause cosmetic acne unlike baking soda. It is natural, healthy, good for your skin - and it is cheap too.
