Home Remedies Mole & Wart Removal For Teens

Hello visitor! Thank you for taking the time to read this article.

There is nothing more important for teens than to project a perfect and attractive appearance. Most are especially concerned with having smooth, unblemished healthy skin. However it is in this stage of their life that common skin problems occur which usually give them undue stress, frustrations and low self-esteem. Aside from acne, moles and warts are two of the most common skin problems. Some people, especially teens are hesitant to consult doctors when it comes to mole and wart removal because of the high expenses of surgery and the usual skin scars after treatment. But are mole or wart removal possible with home remedies? How do we know if a mole or wart could be cause for concern?

MOLES
A mole is a pigmented growth appearing on the skin, usually present at birth or appear early in life. They may grow larger as you grow older. In color most of them resemble the surrounding skin. Most moles are safe and do not cause trouble aside from their unsightliness. However, some do become cancerous, spreading cancer cells through the bloodstream to other parts of the body.

A mole is suspiciously malignant and should be removed when:

1) It is black, bluish-black, grayish-black and flat moles especially those located where they are exposed to irritation.
2) It begins to grow rapidly and shows signs of irritation.
3) It suddenly becomes elevated, darker, that ulcerates, bleeds, or crusts, that becomes painful.
4) Dark moles that appear in blonde, red-headed and freckled persons.
5) Moles with suspicious characteristics that appear in infancy or childhood.

WARTS
A wart is an overgrowth of certain structures of the skin which are caused by a virus. They appear most commonly in the early years of life and in the early twenties. The most troublesome warts occur on the soles of the feet or the external genitals but they are most common on the hands. Threadlike forms sometimes occur on the neck, the eyelids, and the bearded areas. It is important to remove unsightly warts when they occur on the skin as they are contagious under certain circumstances and sometimes persist for years.

Ways to prevent warts:
1) Avoid skin contact with someone infected with warts.
2) Avoid picking or filing the wart as this may spread the virus to other parts of your body.
3) Always observe proper hygiene and wash your hands thoroughly after touching the warts.

Home remedies are now available for safe and natural removal of moles, warts and tags. It is safe to use for children and teens in order to achieve that blemish-free skin for life.
