1) Combine a tiny amount of foundation makeup with a few drops of water.

2) Using a circular motion, spray the makeup onto the face and neck area with the wand, keeping it about 6 to 10 inches away from the skin. It's important that the wand keeps moving in these circular movements and is not held in one place, or there will be a noticeable thickness to the cosmetics in this area. Also, ensure that none of the makeup mixture is sprayed into the eyes.
